I do respect your opinion on Lataji and other ex female singer of India,
but I will be very honest with you that the name of the ex singer which you have mentioned, I have never heard their names or songs before.

my self and our family members are still listening Lataji's film songs and it gives us joyous.

The latest songs in our latest movies are also very good to listen written by excellent song writers such as film Dhardhkhan, Haan...
maine bhi Pyaar kiya etc. etc. India has all the telents to produce good movies and beautiful songs !!!!!

a good summary there, and definitely will be useful for the starters. IMO, real estate is a terrific investment opportunity (slow maturity rate if you don't have enough moolah to invest, but safe nevetheless).
